ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Darrell L. Hayes is the founder and managing principal of ViViD1 Architecture, LLC. and ViVid1 Builders, LLC. He is a registered architect in the states of Tennessee and New York and a licensed general contractor in the state of Tennessee (License #70662TN). He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He has gained 17 years of extensive experience in Planning, Design, and Project Management during his tenure with outstanding design firms in the Tennessee region. His experience covers a myriad of project types which include: corporate offices, industrial warehouses, schools, retail buildings, healthcare facilities, residential and mixed-use developments, and faith-centered facilities.
